This page describes how the site is managed in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it.
INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 Legislative Decree 196/03 - CODE REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Premise
Following the regulations dictated by Legislative Decree 196/03 "Code regarding the protection of personal data" (hereinafter "Code"), the Court as "Data Controller" of the processing of personal data informs you that such processing will be guaranteed in compliance with the principle of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting the confidentiality and rights of interested parties.
Data source
The data in our possession was acquired directly from you or through third parties in written and/or verbal form and/or electronically. All data collected will be processed in compliance with current legislation, and in any case, with due confidentiality.
Purpose of the processing
Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
1) Execution of contracts relating to the provision of services that fall within the activities of La Corte;
2) Correct administrative and accounting management of Customers and Suppliers;
For these purposes, the consent of the interested party is not required.
Mandatory or optional nature of providing data
The provision of some personal data is mandatory to guarantee compliance with legal or contractual obligations or in any case to guarantee the provision of La Corte's services. In all other cases the provision is optional and will serve to improve the service. Failure to provide the mandatory data will result in the non-provision of the services by La Corte.
Treatment methods
In relation to the purposes indicated above, the processing of personal data will take place using manual, IT and telematic tools in compliance with maximum security and confidentiality and with logic strictly related to the purposes themselves.
Subjects to whom the data may be communicated
1) public or private bodies for the fulfillment of contractual obligations (e.g. companies managing IT services, shipping, etc.);
2) public or private bodies for the fulfillment of obligations established by law (e.g.: accounting firms, lawyers, etc.);
3) Partner or associated companies;
The communication of the data indicated above may take place nationally or internationally.
Subjects who may become aware of personal data
The data processing manager (indicated below), the employees and collaborators of the company in charge of managing the requests may become aware of the data.
Rights of the interested party
The interested party may contact the Privacy Service of the data controller to verify their data and have it integrated, updated or modified and/or to exercise the other rights provided for by the art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (reported below);
1) The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.
2) The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:
a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) the identification details of the owner, managers and representative designated pursuant to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this requirement is proves impossible or involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purposes of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
Cookies
As is customary on all websites, this site also uses cookies, small text files that allow us to store information on visitor preferences, to improve the functionality of the site, to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g. Login, site language) and for the analysis of the use of the site.
Session cookies are essential to be able to distinguish between connected users, and are useful to prevent a requested functionality from being provided to the wrong user, as well as for security purposes to prevent cyber attacks on the site. Session cookies do not contain personal data and last only for the current session, i.e. until the browser is closed. For them no consent is needed.
The functionality cookies used by the site are strictly necessary for the use of the site, in particular they are connected to an express request for functionality by the user (such as Login), for which no consent is required.
By using the site the visitor expressly consents to the use of cookies.
Disabling cookies
Cookies are linked to the browser used and THEY CAN BE DISABLED DIRECTLY FROM THE BROWSER , thus refusing/revoking consent to the use of cookies. It should be kept in mind that disabling cookies could prevent the correct use of some functions of the site itself.

Third party cookies
This site also acts as an intermediary for third-party cookies, used to provide additional services and features to visitors and to improve the use of the site itself, such as social media buttons. This privacy policy does not apply to services provided by third parties, and this site has no control over their cookies, which are entirely managed by third parties. The data transfer contract takes place directly between the user/visitor and third parties, so the acquisition of consent for said cookies is, obviously, the responsibility of the third parties , while this site does not participate in any way in this transfer. This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. Transfer of data to non-EU countries
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. Security measures
This site processes user data in a lawful and correct manner, adopting appropriate measures security measures aimed at preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or unauthorized destruction of data. The processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the owner, in some cases, categories of persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies).
User Rights
