SHIPPING INFORMATION

The Court ships worldwide via DHL.
Orders are processed in 2-3 days, except for those that require products specially created for you such as our Limoges Porcelain. Orders are shipped Tuesday through Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Tuesday.


DELIVERY TIMES
Below are the estimated delivery times (once the package has been handed over to DHL):

Italy 24-48 hours

Europe and European Union 48-72 hours

United Kingdom 48-72 hours

Rest of the world 48-72 hours


SHIPPING COSTS

The prices shown do not include any taxes and duties.

Please note that customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. These must be paid to the courier, according to the courier's recommended procedure.

Please also note that in the event that, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import duties related to the automatic return of the package to the sender will be borne by the customer.
This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount due.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers receive an email from DHL containing the tracking number (AWB) for their order.
To track the status of an order, visit the official DHL website http://www.dhl.com/it.html and enter the tracking number sent by email in the “Track your shipment” area.
